I am Derek. I Coach the Way
I Do Because I Have Been Through It.

I have been coaching since 2012. In that time I have worked with people recovering from injuries, adults returning to fitness after years away, busy professionals, and older adults who want to stay strong and active.

I tore my meniscus running and that injury changed everything about how I approach training. I realized that harder is not always better, and that training smart is what produces results that actually last.
